FAQ

Here are some common questions about my writing services. Please contact me if there are any questions that I haven’t answered.

Will you write my project yourself?

I work with a small team of excellent writers from the US, UK and Canada. Together we have a wide range of expertise. Although I deal with most new clients myself, if your job requires the expertise of someone in the team then I will pass it to that person so that you get the best possible service. All team members are committed to providing the same excellent and timely service. I check all work before it goes to you, including doing random checks for plagiarism. All of my clients are very happy with my writing services.

What services do you provide?

I provide a range of services including writing articles (informational and SEO), creating ebooks, blog posts and much more. Within the team we cover a range of writing and copywriting skills and specialties. Just ask and we’ll see how we can meet your needs.

Do you have samples of your work?

I often have relevant samples available and am happy to provide those on request. If I write a new sample, then I may post it on my blog for you to see. If you decide to use it and pay for it, then I am happy to remove it from my blog.

How soon will you deliver my project?

I work quickly and only agree to deadlines that I am sure I can meet. When we discuss your project, we will set a deadline that will suit us both. I will stick to that deadline and will deliver your work on time.

Will your work be original?

I guarantee to provide original, well researched and informative content.

When do you work?

My keyboard and mouse have been grafted onto my hands – or at least, that’s how it seems. I am at the computer almost every day for most of the day. I will always let you know if I am likely to be unavailable and will arrange backup if needed.

What do you charge?

Every project is unique and I prefer to know exactly what you need before making a quotation.

Can I pay you later?

I don’t work on spec, so new clients must pay a 50% deposit up front and the rest on delivery. Once we have established a relationship, we can arrange other payment terms.
